Well it’s been a couple weeks since my last posting. Amazing how busy you can get when spring comes a month early. I must admit the time change caught me by surprise as well. I don’t know about you but did the time change appear to come earlier than usual this year? Speaking of springtime, we are in the process of completing a new fan display section at the showroom. Our electrician, J.Z Electric, will be completing the electrical work this week. By the end of the week we hope to have all of our latest shipment of fans hung up featuring great brands like Emerson, Fanimation, and Kichler to name just a few. Please take a moment to stop in and check out the new shipment.
To make room for the fans, we are having a big sale on all in-stock lighting inventory. 10% off on already reduced prices so if you are in the process of needing lights to spruce up your home or complete that special project now is the time. This sale applies to in-stock items only and cannot be applied to Special Orders.
At Lighting(One) of Cincinnati we believe in supporting other small local businesses. Around the corner from us on Montgomery Road, is a small wine shop called “A Bottle or Two”. Check them out online from our “Resources” page. Jacquelyn and I discovered this shop through some friends a few months back and we have come to appreciate their expert wine knowledge and friendly staff. Every Thursday evening they offer 5 tastings for 5 dollars with the option of a premium tasting for an additional 3 dollars. This Thursday night, March 22nd, they will be pouring Caroline’s favorites and for every bottle of wine purchased, they will contribute 10% of their sales to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Not only can you taste great wines this Thursday but you can help contribute to a great cause. If you enjoy wines or know someone who does, please stop in and help make a difference. Jacquelyn and I will be there and we hope to see you there as well.
That’s about all for now as this early warm weather is forcing me to get outside and work in the yard. We hope you have a great week and we look forward to seeing you at the showroom.
